铕-铽共掺杂的SrF2荧光体的光致发光性能
Photoluminescent Properties of SrF2:Eu3+,Tb3+Phosphor
【摘要】 采用水热反应法合成了具有立方相结构的铕单掺杂、铽单掺杂、铕-铽共掺杂的氟化锶发光材料,采用粉末X-射线衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱(PL)等方法对合成的样品进行表征。结果表明,在Eu3+和Tb3+共掺杂的体系中存在电子转移现象,出现了Eu2+、Eu3+和Tb3+共存于同一基质共同发射的现象,在不同波长光的激发下得到的材料的黄光强度不同。
【Abstract】 Eu3+ Doped,Tb3+doped and Eu3+,Tb3+co-doped SrF2 with the pure cubic phase were prepared by hydrothermal method.The products were characterized by the X-ray diffraction(XRD).The luminescent properties of the materials were measured by excitation and emission spectra.The results indicated that the material SrF2:Eu3+,Tb3+had three luminescent centers Eu2+,Eu3+and Tb3+,and the excitation wavelength affected its luminescent intensity for yellow light.The phenomenon may be explained by the electron transfer theory.
