【Abstract】 In the low-carbon era,the relationship between higher education and low-carbon economy is becoming more and more closed.This paper analyzes the present situation of higher education and local low-carbon economy in Hebei province,and then finds out the problems that exist in the development of the higher education and low-carbon economy.Following the development law of the higher education,this paper presents some suitable measures for coordinating the development of higher education and local low-carbon economy and explores the effective methods for higher education to serve local low-carbon economy.It might have some significance in building a satisfactory university and promoting the low-carbon economy.更多还原
