含木质素的发酵残渣在脲醛树脂中的应用研究
Study on application of fermentation residue containing lignin in UF
【摘要】 对秸秆发酵乙醇残渣进行磺甲基化改性,可有效提高残渣中改性木质素的反应活性;然后将磺甲基化改性发酵残渣用于脲醛树脂(UF)胶粘剂配方中,制备木材用改性UF胶粘剂。结果表明:当m(发酵残渣)∶m(甲醛)=10∶1、m(发酵残渣)∶m(亚硫酸钠)=5∶1和磺甲基化改性发酵残渣替代率为20%时,相应胶合板的各项性能都达到GB/T 14074—2006标准中的指标要求,其水煮3 h后的胶合强度≥0.7 MPa;该改性UF胶粘剂具有制备工艺简单、游离甲醛含量较低等优点,其应用前景良好。
【Abstract】 The straw fermentation ethanol residue,which was modified by sulfomethylation,could effectively improve reaction activity of modified lignin in residue.Then the UF(urea-formaldehyde resin) adhesive for wood was prepared when fermentation residue modified by sulfomethylation was introduced into formula of UF adhesive.The results showed that the various properties of corresponding plywood could meet index requirement from GB/T 14074—2006 standard because its bonding strength after 3 h in boiling water was more than 0.7 MPa when mass ratios of m(fermentation residue)∶m(formaldehyde) and m(fermentation residue)∶m(sodium sulfite) were 10∶1 and 5∶1 respectively,and replacement rate of fermentation residue modified by sulfomethylation was 20%.The modified UF adhesive had good application prospect because its preparation process was simple,and its free formaldehyde content was lower.
