【摘要】 目的了解广州市番禺区精神障碍的患病率及分布特点。方法 2007年6月1日至30日,整群抽样番禺区3个镇共20个村(居委会)1000户为调查对象,由具有5年以上精神科临床经验的医生采用1982年精神疾病流行病学调查协作组编写的《精神疾病流行学调查手册》进行逐户筛选,以CCMD-III对可疑精神障碍者进行诊断与分类。结果 3752人完成筛选,251人完成诊断,精神障碍时点患病率66.63‰,终生患病率66.90‰,15岁以上人口时点患病率79.31‰,终生患病率79.63‰。男性患病率是女性的2倍(P<0.05),55岁以上人群的器质性精神障碍和45岁以上人群的心境障碍分别是年轻人群的3.4倍和7倍。结论与1982年全国流调数据相比,精神障碍的患病率呈升高趋势,各类精神障碍有其相应的年龄分布特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the incidence of the mental disorder in Panyu district of Guangzhou.Methods One thousand families participated in the survey from 20 villages of the three towns in Panyu district from 1 June 2007 to 30 June 2007,the epidemiologic diagnosis instruments of mental illness was used,which was compiled 12 provinces psychosis epidemiology survey 1982.CCMD-3 was used to diagnose the suspected patients.Results 3752 people were screened and 251 people were diagnosed.The time prevalence of the mental disorder was 66.63‰,and the lifetime prevalence was 66.90‰.The time prevalence of 15 years older people was 79.31‰ and the lifetime prevalence was 79.63‰.The male morbidity rate was two times than the female’s(P<0.05).The organic mental disorder of 55 years older people was more than 3.4 times than young people,and the mood disorder of 45 older people was more than 7 times than young people.Conclusion The incidence of the mental disorder is higher than 1982 national survey data.更多还原
