潜水器开孔耐压壳半球封头极限承载力分析
ULTIMATE STRENGTH ANALYSIS OF HEMISPHERE HEAD PLATE WITH OPENINGS OF PRESSURE HULL OF SUBMERSIBLES
【摘要】 为了使潜水器能够在水下完成各种操作项目,必须为潜水器配置适当的设备以及电缆,这就决定了必须在耐压壳两侧的封头上设置各种大小不同的开孔,开孔处需要安装各类接插件.耐压半球封头上开孔的设置导致了应力的增加和壳体强度的减弱;同时,由于结构的连续性被破坏,这将产生较大的附加弯曲应力.本文利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对开孔半球封头的承载力问题进行了非线性有限元分析,计算了开孔的各项参数变化对耐压封头极限承载力的影响.计算结果表明,随着个数和孔径的增大和围壁厚度的减小其极限承载力呈下降趋势.
【Abstract】 There are many openings on the hemisphere head plate of pressure hull of submersible.Because these openings will weaken the strength of the pressured hull,knowing the mainly pressured structure’s ultimate loading capacity will be of great significance and designers must also issues of concern.Analyze the ultimate loading capacity of hemisphere head plate by using finite element software ANSYS and calculate parameter’s impact about opening’s size and wall.The results show that with the increased amount or diameter and wall thickness decreased,the ultimate loading capacity has downward trend.
