基于Patran二次开发的固体发动机结构分析系统
Structural analysis system for solid motor based on secondary development of Patran
【摘要】 在有限元软件MSC.Patran/Nastran平台上,应用Patran的二次开发工具PCL(Patran Command Language),通过客户化、增设特定命令和窗体等技术手段,开发了固体发动机结构分析系统MSA(SRM Structure Analysis system)。该系统突破了参数化建模、内压自动加载和非参数化模型导入等多项关键技术,可方便对固体发动机进行参数化建模、结构完整性分析、参数敏感性分析及贮存寿命预估。系统将专家知识进行了集成,避免了重复工作,是一个开放性的平台,并具有专业的有限元前后处理功能,对固体发动机结构设计和分析具有较高实用价值。
【Abstract】 The structural analysis system MSA for solid motor was developed on the platform of finite element software MSC.Patran/Nastran.The work was performed with adding special commands and windows using the secondary development tool PCL(Patran Command Language) provided by Patran.Many key technologies such as parameterized modeling,ignition pressurization automatic loading and non-parameterized model importing were solved in MSA.The system can be used for parameterized modeling,structrue integrity analysis,parameter sensitivity analysis and life prediction of solid motor.Knowledge and experience of experts are integrated in the system,and much repetitive work can be avoided.With professional pre-and post-processing function for FEM,MSA is an open platform.The practicability of this system is showed in solid motor structure analysis and design.
