匙羹藤根的化学成分预试验研究
Preliminary Tests on Chemical Composition of Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.) Schult Root
【摘要】 [目的]采用系统预试法对匙羹藤根可能含有的化学成分进行定性试验。[方法]采用化学反应鉴别方法分别对匙羹藤根的水提取液、乙醇提取液和石油醚提取液进行试验,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,初步探索匙羹藤根可能含有的化学成分。[结果]匙羹藤根可能含有蛋白质、糖类、多糖、苷类、皂苷、鞣质、有机酸、酚类、植物甾醇及三萜类、生物碱和挥发油等成分。[结论]初步确定匙羹藤根含有多种化学成分,为进一步研究其生物活性成分提供实验基础。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To identify the chemical components of Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult root by comprehensive preliminary tests.[Methods]The mixture extracted from Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult root with water,95% ethanol and petrol ether was respectively experimented by test tube method.The chemical components of Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult root were preliminarily explored by precipitation reaction and color reaction of multiple indicators.[Results]The chemical constituents of Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult root may contain as protein,sugars,polysaccharide,nucleoside,saponin,tannic acid,organic acids,phenols,phytosterol,triterpenes,alkaloids,volatile oil etc.[Conclusion]The research of preliminary tests provides foundation for further study of biological activities of Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult root.
