【摘要】 目的为制定中国成年健康人心率正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国160个单位测定的63 677例成年健康人心率正常参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与7项地理因素的关系。结果发现中国成年健康人心率正常参考值与中国地理因素之间差异有统计学意义（F=6.684,P=0.000）。用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了回归方程:Y=35.61+0.008 000X₁+0.005 000X₂-0.49 30X₃+0.515 0X₄+0.001 000 X₅-0.147 0X₆+0.456 0X₇±31.91在该回归方程中,Y是中国成年健康人心率正常参考值（次/min）,X₁是海拔高度（m）,X₂是年日照时数（h）,X₃是年平均气温（℃）,X₄是年平均相对湿度（%）,X₅是年降水量（mm）,X₆是气温年较差（℃）,X₇是年平均风速（m/s）;31.91是剩余标准差的值。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程计算这个地区的健康人心率的正常参考值。依据中国成年健康人心率正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为8个区。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To supply a scientific basis for the formulation of the reference value of heart rate of healthy Chinese female.Methods The relationship between the reference value of 63677 healthy Chinese female and seven geographical factors in 160 areas of China was investigated.Results The geographical factors were correlated with reference value of heart rate of healthy Chinese female(F = 6.684,P = 0.000).A regression equation was inferred with mathematical regression analysis.Conclusion The reference value of heart rate of healthy Chinese population in a certain area can be obtained once the geographical values are obtained.According to the similarity of the reference values of heart rate of Chinese female,there are eight geographical areas with distinctive heart rate values.更多还原
