c轴取向的M-型SLFCO铁氧体薄膜的制备及磁性能

【摘要】 采用化学溶液沉积法在Al2O3(001)单晶衬底上制备SLFCO铁氧体薄膜,XRD谱表明样品具有c轴取向的单相结构,空间群为P63/mmc;AFM结果表明样品颗粒呈柱状,平均颗粒尺寸在50~100nm之间。SLFCO铁氧体薄膜具有高的室温饱和磁化强度(130A/m),矫顽力(549.24kA/m)和大的矩形比(0.9),这些性能表明SLFCO铁氧体薄膜是一种非常有潜在应用价值的高密度磁记录材料。

【Abstract】 In this paper,Sr0.8La0.2Fe11.8Co0.2O19 ferrite film had been prepared on(00l) sapphire substrate via the chemical solution deposition method.Structural characteristics indicated that the film was c-axis oriented and single-phase with the space group P63/mmc.The grains were regular columnar and the sizes were in diameter between 50 and 100nm by AFM results.The sample had high saturation magnetization(130A/m),high coercivity(549.24kA/m),and large squareness ratio(0.9) at room temperature,which made it a promising candidate for application in high recording materials.
