【摘要】 目的观察滋阴清热润肠方治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选择76例功能性便秘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例。治疗组口服滋阴清热润肠方,对照组口服酚酞片,1个月后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,明显优于对照组的60.5%(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药滋阴清热润肠方治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Qingre Runchang Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods 76 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group in which 38 cases were treated with Ziyin Qingre Runchang Decoction and control group in which 38 cases were treated with Phenolphthalein Tablets.After one month treatment,the therapeutic effect were observed.Results The total effective rate was 86.7% in treatment group and 60.5% in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Ziyin Qingre Runchang Decoction is effective in the treatment of functional constipation.更多还原
