橡胶沥青性能试验及影响因素分析

【摘要】 针对橡胶沥青的路用性能及其影响因素,通过室内试验研究胶粉类型、胶粉掺量、基质沥青类型、拌和温度等对橡胶沥青高温、低温和抗老化性能等的影响。试验结果表明:添加胶粉后,沥青的高温、低温及抗疲劳性能均有不同程度的改善。其中,20目胶粉改性沥青的高温性能优于40和60目胶粉改性沥青,三者低温以及抗疲劳性能则比较接近;对于中海油(泰州)AH-70基质沥青而言,当采用20目货车轮胎胶粉改性时,最佳掺量为16%~18%。

【Abstract】 Aiming at road performance of rubber asphalt and influencing factors,this paper studies influences of types of rubber powder,content of rubber powder,types of base asphalt and mixing temperature,etc.on high-temperature,low-temperature and ageing resistant properties,etc.of rubber asphalt via indoor test.The test result shows that the high-temperature,low-temperature and fatigue resisting properties of asphalt have been improved to some degree after addition of rubber powder.Among them high-temperature property of modified asphalt with 20-mesh rubber powder is better than that of modified asphalt with 40-mesh and 60-mesh rubber powders,and the low-temperature and fatigue resisting properties of all three rubber powders are relatively approximate.For CNOOC(Taizhou) AH-70 base asphalt,when 20-mesh rubber powder for truck tires is adopted for modification,the optimal dosage is 16%~18%.
