回转式空气预热器蓄热元件传热特性实验研究
Experiments Research on Thermal Performance of Heat Transfer Elements in Rotary Air Preheater
【摘要】 回转式空气预热器热力性能主要取决于蓄热元件。在蓄热元件传热特性试验台上,通过分段均匀电加热蓄热元件模拟其在锅炉烟道中的温度并控制其在不同的温度水平上,对不同蓄热元件板形在不同壁温、不同雷诺数下传热特性进行了比较试验,并对结果做出了简要分析。
【Abstract】 The thermal performance of rotary air preheaters depends mainly on heat transfer elements.In this paper,the convective heat transfer coefficient of two heat exchanger elements were obtained by piecewise electric heating to the elements in different temperature and Reynolds number,and the results of the experiment are consistent with the theory.Also presented in the paper are some useful analysis and comparison of the two heat exchanger elements.
