锅炉汽包疲劳寿命分析软件的开发应用

【摘要】 以(ASME)《锅炉及压力容器规范》的疲劳寿命估算方法为基础,采用自行开发的锅炉汽包疲劳寿命分析软件,对BHW-35钢制锅炉汽包的疲劳寿命进行分析计算。最后得出了锅炉汽包疲劳寿命分析软件在对锅炉受压元件疲劳寿命分析估算方面的实用性和高效性。

【Abstract】 According to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,a boiler drum life expectation procedure is developed to estimate the life expectation of BHW-35 boiler drum.The flexibility and efficiency achieved by the system in life expectation of components of boiler are analyzed and concluded.
