燃煤锅炉吹灰过程的熵产分析
Analysis of Entropy Generation During Sootblowing in Coal-fired Boiler
【摘要】 电站燃煤锅炉运行中对受热面进行吹灰,要经历一系列不可逆过程,出现各种熵产。从热力学第二定律出发,分析电站锅炉吹灰过程的熵产,建立了吹灰蒸汽减压熵产、吹灰蒸汽混合熵产、吹灰蒸汽传热熵产、吹灰蒸汽排烟熵产以及吹灰器电机熵产的计算模型。利用某台燃煤锅炉的现场数据进行了实例计算,结果表明:同一个受热面吹灰所产生的各种熵产在数值上差别较大,吹灰蒸汽混合熵产所占份额最大;锅炉各个受热面的吹灰总熵产沿烟气流动方向呈递减趋势;各个受热面吹灰总熵产的数值都较大,进行锅炉经济性分析以及吹灰优化时必须考虑吹灰造成的熵产。
【Abstract】 For coal-fired utility boiler,the sootblowing during the operating can lead to series of irreversible process with result of entropy generation.Entropy generation of sootblowing was analyzed from the second law of thermodynamics.The calculation model of entropy generation caused by sootblowing steam pressure-reducing,sootblowing steam mixture,sootblowing steam heat transfer,sootblowing steam exhaust and sootblower motor was built.Calculation was done with the field data of a coal fired boiler.The results indicate that: Various entropy generation of sootblowing around the same heating surface has a greater difference and the entropy generation caused by sootblowing steam mixture has the greatest proportion;the total entropy generation of sootblowing has a descending trend along the flowing direction of flue gas.Because the big value of total entropy generation of sootblowing,it must be considered during the economical analysis of boiler and sootblowing optimization.
