【摘要】 对山东全省高速公路近一年的轴载数据进行了调研,分析了调研原始数据的特点并提出针对性的处理方法;以高速公路标准荷载条件设计的原基本结构厚度为基准,重新计算出超限荷载条件下的路面结构厚度及增量,得到了山东省各高速公路为满足超限车辆而增加的路面工程量;最后,通过施工定额计算出相应的路面补强工程建设费用,即为超限引起的单位里程公路养护(或改建)投资费用增量。本研究为山东省高速公路养护经费管理定量化分配提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The vehicles’ load data during one year are surveyed which include all Shandong provincial expressways.Characteristics of the raw data surveyed are analyzed and some pertinency disposal methods are put forward.Based on the thickness of primary pavement structure which meets the standard of expressway design,the thickness and the accessorial value because of out-of-limit transportation are re-accounted.Then,the accessorial pavement maintenance amounts of Shandong provincial expressways are achieved.Last,the fee of the superfluous pavement repair with construction ration is accounted,i.e.the Accessorial Pavement Maintenance Cost by the out-of-limit transportation.The study offers the reference for the quantitative management of Shandong expressway maintenance outlay.更多还原
