泽陆蛙Fejervarya multistriata蝌蚪体内Cu2+的积累研究
Acute and Joint Toxities of Copper,Zinc to Tadpoles of Fejervarya multistriata
【摘要】 通过对泽陆蛙蝌蚪体内混合重金属积累实验,研究了安全浓度内的重金属铜(Cu2+),铜(Cu2+)和锌(Zn2+)混合溶液下泽陆蛙蝌蚪体内的积累规律。结果表明,Cu2+在泽陆蛙蝌蚪体内有积累,Cu2+和Zn2+两种重金属之间的联合作用为毒性减弱的拮抗作用。
【Abstract】 Based on the study of the toxicity of Cu2+,Zn2+ solution on the tadpoles of Fejervarya multistriata,the present article analyzes the accumulation of Cu2+ in the tadpoles as the time of tadpoles exposed in Cu2+,Zn2+ solution.The joint toxicity of Cu2+ with Zn2+ is antagonistic.
