【摘要】 美国的西藏政策是随着美国的国际战略与对华政策的变化而演变的。新中国成立以前美国承认中国政府对西藏的主权,只是到了冷战时代,美国将西藏置于其全球反共产主义的棋盘后才开始考虑承认西藏分裂势力的独立主张,这在1959年达赖叛逃国外后达到顶峰,美国曾一度考虑承认西藏独立。但美国政府却终于没能公开承认西藏为一个独立国家,原因是这不符合中国西藏历史发展的真实轨迹,自然也得不到世界上多数国家的认可与支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 United States policy toward Tibet has changed in line with the evolution of U.S.international strategy and its foreign policy toward China.Before the founding of the PRC,the U.S.recognised Chinese sovereignty over Tibet.During the Cold War,due to its anti-communism strategy,the U.S.began to consider recognizing the independence claim of Tibetan separatists.However,the U.S.government has not,in the end,recognised Tibet as an independent country publicly,because it is not true in terms of history and cannot win the support of the majority of the world.更多还原
