冷弯型钢截面创新设计思路与方法探讨

【摘要】 冷弯型钢构件具有截面成型灵活、加工性能优越、连接固定方便等特点而被广泛应用于各类建筑结构体系之中,对其截面组成形式的探讨和材料最大限度的合理利用是人们长期关注的焦点之一。通过对C形截面在受荷过程中有效形心移动现象的分析,归纳出新型冷弯型钢截面的优化设计原则,参考系列文献,给出新型冷弯型钢截面的优化设计思路;根据新型冷弯型钢截面的优化设计原则和思路,对两种既有冷弯型钢截面形式进行改进,提出3类6种新型冷弯型钢截面形式。分析表明,所提出的新型冷弯型钢截面均具有不同方面优良的力学性能。同时,其思路可为冷弯型钢截面的创新设计提供方法。

【Abstract】 Cold-formed steel members with flexible cross section and superior processing characteristics etc have been widely used in various types of building structural systems. The exploration of its cross section forms and the rational utilization of materials are one of the focus concerned by people for a long time. Based on the analysis of effective centroid motion of C-shaped cross section during loading, it is summarized the optimum design principles for a new cold-formed section, by reference of series literatures, the optimal design ideas for the cold-formed section are given; in accordance with the optimal design principles and ideas of the new cold-formed sections, two types of cold-formed sections are both improved and six kinds of new cold-formed sections in three classifications are put forward. Analysis indicates that the new types of cold-formed sections have different good mechanical properties, which can provide innovative design methods and thinking for the cold-formed sections.
