【摘要】 文章研究了东西部茧丝绸产业对接的现状、存在的主要问题及对接机制的构建与完善。东西部茧丝绸产业对接存在的主要问题是:专业技术人员缺乏,区域性市场壁垒,科技创新能力弱、科研投入不足以及宏观调控缺乏协调性和前瞻性等。要促进东西部茧丝绸产业顺利对接,就应构建和完善产业对接机制:政府应加强引导与协调,企业应发挥主体作用,行业组织要发挥协调作用和政府应做好市场分析、预测与宣传等。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the present situation of the silk industry in both eastern and western China,as well as the main problems and the communication mechanism.The results show that the problems are: lack of technical personnel,regional tariff of market,weak innovation,low input of R&D and the lack of policies support.To promote the development of silk industry and make well connection between the eastern and the western,we should establish perfect industrial communication mechanism,and the government should play an important role in the cooperation,as well as the enterprises and the industrial association.更多还原
