细胞增殖周期调控因子P15与Cyclin D1在胆囊癌发生发展中的作用
Role of regulatory factors P15 and Cyclin D1 of cell generation cycle in development and progression of gallbladder carcinoma
【摘要】 目的探讨胆囊癌中细胞增殖周期调控因子P15、CyclinD1的表达及其临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR和免疫组化法检测15例胆囊癌和56例胆囊炎组织中P15、CyclinD1mRNA、蛋白的表达。结果胆囊癌中P15mRNA、蛋白表达明显低于胆囊炎(20.0%vs94.7%,P<0.01;46.7%vs98.2%,P<0.01),但CyclinD1mRNA、蛋白表达明显高于胆囊炎(80.0%vs26.3%,P<0.01;60.0%vs32.1%,P<0.05)。结论在胆囊癌的发生发展过程中,CyclinD1、P15可能分别发挥正负调节作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of regulatory factors P15 and Cyclin D1 of cell generation cycle in gallbladder carcinoma (GBC) and its clinical significance. Methods Expression of P15 and cyclin D1 mRNA and protein in 15 GBC and 56 cholecystitis samples was detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry, respectively. Results Compared with cholecystitis, expression of P15 mRNA and protein in GBC was downregulated (20.0% vs 94.7%, P<0.01; 46.7% vs 98.2%, P<0.01), but that of cyclin D1 was upregulated (80.0% vs 26.3%, P<0.01; 60.0% vs 32.1%, P<0.05). Conclusion Cyclin D1 and P15 could play the positive and negative role in the development and progression of GBC, respectively.
