【摘要】 铝合金建筑型材经钛系无铬化学转化处理后再进行粉末喷涂处理.按照相关的标准,对喷涂膜进行了附着性、耐腐蚀性和力学性能试验.结果表明:经无铬化学转化处理的粉末喷涂膜除耐乙酸盐雾性能不及铬化处理喷涂膜之外,其它的性能指标均达到了相关国家标准对铬化处理喷涂膜的要求.更多还原

【Abstract】 Aluminum alloys,treated by chrome-free chemical conversion in titanium salt were powder coated.The adherence property,the corrosion property and the mechanical property of the powder coatings were tested according to related standards.The results showed that the properties of chrome-free chemical conversion coatings,except acetic acid salt spray resistance,all met the national standard requirements on chrome chemical conversion coatings.更多还原
