【摘要】 目的探讨活动翼托槽矫治器与直丝弓矫治器矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者临床疗效的差异。方法选择25例患者,随机分成2组,分别采用以上2种矫治器进行矫治,对2组各治疗阶段所需时间以及治疗前后牙颌组织头影测量数据进行比较分析。结果与直丝弓矫治器组相比,活动翼托槽组在排齐、整平牙列和关闭间隙阶段所用时间明显减少,而在精细调节阶段时间增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);磨牙前移量减少,上下前牙更为直立,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组颌骨关系变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与传统直丝弓矫治器相比,活动翼托槽矫治器可以缩短整体治疗时间,但其对前牙转矩的控制及牙列的精细调节不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of Acti-wings appliances by comparing the changes of the dental-alveolar and maxillary treated by Acti-wings appliance and MBT appliance.Methods Thirty-two patients extracted with four first premolars are enrolled and randomly allocated to two groups treated with Acti-wings appliance and MBT appliance.All patients were taken the cephalometric film before and after treatment.Cephalometric measurement and analysis was also done with computer aided diagnosis system.Results Compared with the group treated with MBT appliance,the Acti-wings group spend fewer time in phase of leveling and aligning and that of closing space,but spend more time in phase of fine adjustment.After treatment,the upper and lower anterior teeth in the Acti-wings group appeared to be more upright,but there is no statistically significant in changs of maxillary between two groups.Conclusion Compared with the MBT appliance,Acti-wings appliance can shorten the period of treatment,but not in fine adjustment of teeth..更多还原
