改性条件对聚氨酯硬质泡沫拉伸性能影响
Study of the Influence of Modified Conditions on Tensile Properties of Polyurethane Rigid Foam
【摘要】 将纳米SiO2和玄武岩纤维与聚氨酯复合制备了聚氨酯复合材料,研究异氰酸酯指数,纳米SiO2和玄武岩纤维的添加量及玄武岩纤维的长度等因素对聚氨酯复合材料拉伸性能的影响变化规律。当异氰酸酯指数为1.20、纳米SiO2的添加量为5.0%、3.0mm玄武岩纤维的添加量为5.0%时,材料的拉伸强度达到最佳值。
【Abstract】 Polyurethane composite was made by adding nano- SiO2 and basalt fiber. It studied the trends of tensile properties by changing isocyanate index, nano- SiO2 and basalt fiber and length of basalt fiber. When the isocyanate index is 1.20, nano- SiO2 is 5.0% and 3.0 mm basalt fiber is 5.0%, the best value of tensile property is obtained.
