转Bar基因甘蔗根际土壤微生物分析

【摘要】 选取5个田间种植的转Bar基因甘蔗株系的根际土壤,进行土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌总数的测定。结果表明:不同转基因甘蔗株系根际土壤中的微生物总数存在差异,和对照相比,没有表现出明显的规律。

【Abstract】 The microbes’ quantity in rhizosphere soil of five Bar transgenic sugarcane were studied.The results showed that different strains of transgenic sugarcane rhizosphere soil microbial total were inconsistency,and compared to the control,the microbes ’ quantity had not show obvious pattern.
