一种半干法烟气脱硫灰利用的新工艺

【摘要】 半干法烟气脱硫灰所含的大量亚硫酸钙导致脱硫灰处置和利用困难,制约了半干法烟气脱硫技术的推广。本文提出一种半干法烟气脱硫灰热分解制取高浓度二氧化硫联产氧化钙的的新方法。通过文献调研结合某电厂脱硫灰的热重特性,确定本工艺中关键反应的特征温度。针对新工艺的技术难点提出解决方案即采用高温固体热载体作为脱硫灰分解热源,脱硫灰两级加热,产物分别引出。该工艺可以解决半干法烟气脱硫灰的处置问题,同时回收二氧化硫和氧化钙。

【Abstract】 The calcium sulfite contained in semi-dry flue gas desulfuration(FGD)ashes made the treatment and utilization of the ashes difficult,and restrained the spread of semi-dry FGD technology.A novel method based on the thermal decomposition of semi-dry FGD ashes producing high concentration SO2 and CaO was developed.The characteristic temperatures for important reactions in this method were determined by literature survey and thermogravimetric analysis of semi-dry FGD ashes from a power plant.In this method high temperature solid heat carrier particles were used as heat sources,the ashes were heated in two-stage heaters and the products were taken out separately.This method would make the semi-dry FGD ashes treatment more feasible,and SO2 and CaO could be recovered.
