多联机双风轮系统拍振分析与性能优化研究
ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION OF BEATING VIBRATION NOISE OF DOUBLE-FAN SYSTEM OF THE VRF AIR CONDITIONER
【摘要】 各品牌的中央空调多联室外机均采用双风轮系统,都存在不同程度的低频脉动异音,异音呈低频特性,易让人产生烦躁感。双风轮系统在旋转基频比较接近的情况下运转时,旋转噪声叠加后产生拍振异音,其频率等于双风轮的旋转基频差。旋转噪声是拍振腹能量的主要来源。本文设计了新三叶风轮,采用新三叶风轮与原四叶风轮组合方式运行。同时测试两风轮的噪音频谱特性及气动性能,分析了两风轮的内流场,有效地消除了拍振异音,优化了整机性能。
【Abstract】 The outdoor units of the Variable Refrigerant Flow air conditioning system manufactured by the top brands of the world are all using double-fan system.However,they generate varying degrees of pulsation noise,with the low frequency features making it easy for people to feel dysphasia.When the double fans operate at nearly the same Blade Passing-by Frequency,noise of beating vibration will be generated.Its frequency is equal to the difference of the blade passing-by frequency of the double fans.Rotated noise is the main source of beating vibration energy.This paper designs a new fan with 3-blades.The acoustic noise and the internal flow field characteristics of the newly designed 3-blades fan and the original 4-blades fan are analyzed.The results showed that it could eliminate the beating vibration noise by using one 3-blades fan and one 4-blades fan in the VRF air conditioning outdoor system.The volume flow and the refrigerant characteristic of the VRF also improved.
