【摘要】 在解决铸造生产线二手设备拆迁及修配改工程,特别是在不具备大型构件整体加工运输可能性的涉外工程难题中,大型转盘的制作安装是否能够达到设计精度,对确保工程质量和工程进度以及生产线运行精度和生产能力具有重要的影响。论文提出了科学更改设计结构,并利用同步对称焊接减小焊接应力的方法,实现用简易工装完成大型转盘的制作安装。实践证明,整个施工方案安全可靠、经济适用、产品质量合格。更多还原

【Abstract】 In implement of a casting production line dissembling,repairing,assembling and alternation project,especially for overseas project which can not provide conditions for large-scale part unit processing and transportation,the meet of design accuracy in large-scale rotary table manufacturing and installation is an important factor to ensure project quality and progress,further more,this factor will affect operation accuracy and production capacity of production line after completion.This paper provides a solution to manufacture and install large-scale rotary table using simple fixture.In this solution,a scientific revolution on design structure and synchronous symmetry welding method that can reduce welding stress are used.Practice proves that this construction method is safe,economic and up-to-standard in quality.更多还原
