拼焊板U型件成形性能及焊缝移动规律
Formability and weld-line movement of U-shape TWB parts
【摘要】 为了研究板厚、材料参数和压边力差异对拼焊板的成形行为的影响,采用有限元法分析了U型件两侧板厚比、强度系数比、应变硬化指数比及压边力比对拼焊板U型件拉深量及焊缝移动的影响规律.结果表明,随着板厚比、强度系数比、压边力比的增大,拼焊板U型件拉深量逐渐减小,焊缝移动量增加;而随着应变硬化指数比升高,U型件拉深量有所增加,焊缝移动量也增大.可见,通过合适匹配拼焊板材料及工艺参数,可提高拼焊板成形性能及减少焊缝移动量.
【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of blank thickness,material parameter and binder force on the formability of TWBs(Tailor-Welded Blanks),a finite element model is established to analyze the impacts of blank thickness ratio,strength coefficient K ratio,strain hardening index(n) ratio and binder force ratio on the drawing depth and weld-line movement of U-shape parts.Accordingly,it is indicated from results that,with the increase of blank thickness ratio,strength coefficient ratio and binder force ratio,the drawing depth decreases while the weld-line movement increases.With the increase of strain hardening index ratio,the drawing depth and weld-line movement increase.By appropriately matching between the TWB materials and process parameters,the formability enhancement and weld-line movement reduction can be realized.
