流动注射法测定地表水中氨氮测量的不确定度评估
Uncertainty Evaluation of the Determination of NH3-N in water by Flow Injection Analysis Instrument
【摘要】 本文从标准曲线拟合、氨氮标准溶液配制、重复性、标准系列溶液配制、示值误差、测量环境条件和操作人员影响六个方面对连续流动注射法测定水中氨氮的不确定度进行分析计算,合成标准不确定度(u)和扩展不确定度(U)。
【Abstract】 The article discussed the uncertainty evaluation of determination of NH3-N in water by Flow Injection analysis Instrument from the following six aspects:curve fitting,standard solution of phosphorus confecting,repeatability,A continuous series standard solution of NH3-N confecting,indication error,environmental condition of measure and the effect of technical personnel.Otherwise we analysed and computed the combined uncertainty and extended uncertainty of the result.
