纳氏试剂比色法快速测定海水养殖水中的氨氮

【摘要】 采用硼酸-酒石酸钾钠-氢氧化钾溶液作为掩蔽剂,排除海水养殖水中钙、镁离子对测定的干扰,加入阿拉伯树胶溶液,使铵与纳氏试剂生成黄棕色络合物稳定,不与海水中的盐分产生浑浊,从而实现了用纳氏试剂比色法直接快速测定海水养殖废水中的氨氮含量。氨氮质量浓度在1.0-30μg/15mL范围内符合比耳定律,检出限为0.123μg/15mL,加标回收率在98.6%-103.8%之间。实验表明该方法操作简单、快捷、稳定性强,且灵敏度、准确度、精密度令人满意。

【Abstract】 Adopted boric acid-polassium and sodium acid throwing stones-potassium hydroxide solution as a masking agent to exclude the interference from the calcium and magnesium ions in the seawater aquiculture when it was determined,and then added some Arabic gum solution to the mixture in order to make the ammonium with Nessler’s Reagent generate a stable yellow-brown gused material,which couldnt’t react upon the salt in the seawater and didn’t prodece turbid water.So we could achieve the direct fast determination of the content of the Ammonia-nitrogen in the waste water from the seawater aquiculture by using the Nessler’s Reagent Colorimetric Method,If the quality concentration of the ammonia-nitrogen was within the range of 1.0-30μg/15mL,Bill Law was obeyed.The detected limit was 0.123μg/15mL.The rate of the spiking recovery was between 98.6%-103.8%.The experiments showed that the method of operation was simple,quick and strong stability.And the sensitivity、accuracy and precision were satisfactory.
