高精度两维旋转关节制造技术
High Precision Manufacturing Techniques for Two-dimensional Rotary Joint
【摘要】 两维旋转关节具有功率容量大、体积小、重量轻的优点,广泛应用于机载雷达领域。同时其具有结构复杂、精度要求高、薄壁刚性差、多采用加工易变形的铝合金材料等特点。文中介绍了一种机载高精度两维旋转关节的制造技术,对其结构工艺性进行了分析,提出并讨论了其总体制造方案及制造过程要点,重点分析了制造过程中采用的真空钎焊、基准转换、加工补偿和细长轴防变形等工艺方法。实践证明两维旋转关节所采用的制造技术是成功的,对类似问题的解决提供了有益的参考。
【Abstract】 Two-dimensional rotary joint is widely used in airborne radar system due to its advantages of high power capacity,small profile and lightweight.It′s also characterized by complicated shape,high precision requirements,low rigidity,tending to machining deformation for its mostly used aluminium alloy material.This paper introduces the high precision manufacturing techniques for a kind of two-dimensional rotary joint.Based on the analysis of its manufacturing feasibility,we propose its process planning and manufacturing procedure,mainly discuss the methods being used in the process such as vacuum brazing,benchmark interchange,process compensation and deformation control of slender shaft.These techniques have been put into practice and proved to be success,therefore providing reference for solving similar problems.
