【Abstract】 An all-digital solar energy generation device was designed with HT46RU22 monolithic integrated circuit and CPLD to produce four groups of PWM waves,which could transform the solar energy electric power into the city electricity specification alternating current,and connect to the city grid or use directly.The system contained a maximum power transformation converter to provide the system with Flyback power source and RS-232 serial communication interface,which could transmit all the unit voltages and currents of the circuit to the personal computer to analyze the data.HT46RU22 monolithic integrated circuit is economical and practical.更多还原
