全深式冷再生材料温缩试验与分析
TEST AND ANALYSIS OF TEMPERATURE SHRINKAGE OF ASPHALT PAVEMENT FULL-DEPTH COLD-RECYCLING MATERIAL
【摘要】 沥青路面全深式冷再生材料属于水泥稳定类路面材料,具有一定的温度收缩性,材料的温缩特性对路面结构的低温抗裂性具有较大的影响。为研究此类冷再生材料的温缩性能,对旧路面不同沥青面层和半刚性基层厚度比,以及掺配不同比例新集料的再生材料进行了材料温缩系数试验,得到了温缩系数与不同材料比例,以及水泥用量之间的关系。
【Abstract】 Full-depth asphalt pavement cold-recycling material is a kind of cement stabilized pavement material.It has a feature of temperature shrinkage,which affects the anti-cracking performance of pavement structure significantly.In order to investigate materials’ temperature shrinkage characteristics,materials’ temperature shrinkage tests were done with both different thickness ratios of surface course to base course and different proportions of new aggregate.The tests’ result shows the relationship between the temperature shrinkage coefficient on the one hand and different material mix proportion and different cement dosage on the other hand.
