基于本体的智能答疑系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 答疑系统是现代远程教育不可缺少的一个组成部分。针对目前答疑系统在知识共享和问题求解精确性方面的不足,提出了一种基于本体的智能答疑系统模型。该模型对于学生输入的问句,利用浅层语义分析技术,首先生成问句向量,再利用SPARQL查询语言,在本体库中查找答案。分析与研究了该系统所涉及的关键技术,以计算机应用基础课程为例,构建课程知识本体,并在答案匹配模式方面进行了尝试,提高了答疑系统的准确率。

【Abstract】 The question answer system is an indispensable part of the modern Distant Education.This paper proposed an intelligent question answer system based on ontology to improve performance of knowledge share and answer accuracy in current intelligent question answering system.For the student’s input question,the system used shallow semantic parsing to generate the question vector,then utilize SPARQL query language to search the answer in the ontology.The paper analyzed and researched the key technologies which the system involved.Taking a course in basics of computer application for an example,the authors constructed the course knowledge ontology.Attempts on answer pattern matching were conducted and the accuracy of the question answer system was increased.
