利用相关性基波消去法诊断电机转子断条故障
Diagnosing rotor broken bar fault in motor by using correlation fundamental component filtering method
【摘要】 针对感应电机转子故障时,定子电流中新增的故障特征分量被基波信息淹没而难以识别的问题,提出基于相关性基波消去法来检测转子断条故障。根据定子电压与电流基波频率相等的特点,构造出与定子电压同频的参考信号,利用改进的相关算法提取定子电流基波信号的幅值与相位,将基波分量准确滤除来突出转子断条故障信息,然后对滤波后的故障信号作频谱分析,可容易诊断出转子断条故障。该方法无需复杂的坐标变换,计算量小,实时性大大提高。实验结果表明:该方法具备较强的故障辨识能力,即使在轻载的情况下仍能有效对转子故障作出诊断。另外,系统只需采样单相电流信号和电压频率信号,工程开销小,易于实现。
【Abstract】 When induction motor has the broken bar fault,the new added fault characteristic component is difficult to be discriminated in the spectrum analysis of the current because of being blanketed by fundamental component.To solve this problem,the correlation fundamental component filtering method is proposed to diagnose the fault.According to the voltage and the fundamental component of current having the same frequency,reference signals whose frequency is equal to the one of stator voltage were constructed.By the advanced correlation algorithm,the amplitude and phase of the fundamental component in stator current can be obtained,so the rotor broken bar fault signal can be emerged after the fundamental component was removed accurately.Then making the spectrum analysis to the residual signal,the broken bar fault can be diagnosed easily.The complex coordinate transformation is not needed in this method.The amount of calculation is small,and the processing speed is improved greatly.The results of experiment indicate that this method has a powerful fault distinguishing ability,even in the case of light load.Furthermore,only single phase current and voltage frequency need to be sampled in this system,and it can be easily achieved with low engineering expense.
