A Method for Solving Textile Production Scheduling Problem
【摘要】 The modern textile production is driven by order forms, in which continuous and discrete characteristics both exist. Hybrid Petri net (HPN) was selected to build the textile production model that described all operations in a uniform form, and connected them by discrete places and inhibitor arcs. Based on this structured model, the mathematical programming description was given. In order to take the minimal costs and complete all order forms in due time, genetic algorithm (GA) was used to optimize the production scheduling scheme. Using the data from a textile enterprise, the simulation proves that the proposed method is effective.
