【Abstract】 The article reviews the existing arbitration system and points out the problems in error-correcting mechanism and the employment of arbitrators,and proposes setting up self-correction mechanism,the final-correction mechanism and some measures for combining demurral system of the third party execution with the arbitration system.The article analyzes the detriment of civil servants and internal clerks serving as arbitrators and puts forward the rational placement of various professional arbitrators.更多还原
