高压变频器输出差模滤波器设计和共模电压抑制
Differential-Mode Filter Design and Common-Mode Voltage Suppression at the High Voltage VFD Output Terminals
【摘要】 高压变频器输出电压含有大量的差模电压谐波分量和幅值很高的共模电压谐波分量。输出电压的谐波分量会加剧系统中电抗器和电动机绕组的发热,在电动机上产生过电压和漏电流,同时对系统造成严重的电磁干扰。本文首先对变频器输出电压的谐波特性进行分析,然后给出了差模滤波器的设计方法。针对变频器的直流侧存在的两种不同结构,介绍了两种共模电压抑制的电路拓扑。仿真实验表明了上述措施的有效性。
【Abstract】 Output voltage of high voltage VFD contains a large number of differential mode voltage harmonic component and high amplitude common mode voltage harmonics component,which leads to a severe increment of heating in the reactors and the motor windings.At the same time,it result in over-voltage,leakage current at the motor side,and cause great electromagnetic interference(EMI) to the system.In this paper the authors first analyze the harmonics’ characteristic is analrzed,and then introduce the design procedures of differential-mode filter are introduced.According to the two different structures at the DC side of VFD,two different common mode voltage suppressions are proposed.And the simulation results show the validity of these measures discussed above.
