电磁耦合无级变速系统磁路等效方法
Study of Magnetic Circuit Equivalent Method of Electro-Magnetic Coupling Continuously Variable Transmission System
【摘要】 运用经典的磁通管方法建立了电磁耦合无级变速系统的等效磁路网路图物理模型,并推导了基于该模型的数学模型。利用该数学模型,定性分析了内外气隙的磁场耦合特性。通过有限元法对电磁耦合无级变速系统的内外气隙磁场的仿真分析证明了该磁路等效模型的正确性,为电磁耦合无级变速系统的进一步研究提供了理论基础和参考依据。
【Abstract】 The magnetic equivalent circuit method of electrical variable transmission system based on flux tubes is introduced and reluctance network is set up.Outer and inner air gap magnetic field is analyzed based on mathematical module established.It is explained that the magnetic circuit equivalent module is accurate because the simulation result is accord with the theoretical study result.The study result obtained by FEM is compared and could be helpful to the design.
