锥颅软通道引流治疗颅内血肿的临床分析与体会

【摘要】 目的探讨微创锥颅软通道引流治疗颅内血肿的疗效。方法对颅脑CT确诊的170例颅内血肿患者采用微创锥颅软通道引流治疗。结果出院时按ADL(日常生活能力)分级法,I级38例;Ⅱ级76例;Ⅲ级38例;IV级10例,V级:植物生存4例。死亡4例。结论微创锥颅软通道引流治疗颅内血肿操作简单,疗效确切、创伤小、费用低,可显著减少致残率、降低死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss curative effect and unique advantage of microinvasive craniopuncture and soft tube drainage applied to curing Intracranial hematoma.Methods One hundred and seventy patients with intracranial hematoma final diagnosed by computer tomography were cured by way of microinvasive craniopuncture and soft tube drainage.Results ADL scale was used to evaluate outcome of these patients when they were discharged from hospital:I class:38 cases;II class:76 cases;Ⅲ class:38 cases;IV class:10 cases;V class:4 cases.Four cases died.Conclusion Microinvasive craniopuncture and soft tube drainage applied to curing intracranial hematoma is indeed therapeutical,simplicity of operator,convenient,with tiny damage and low cost,but obviously reduces crippling rate,cuts the mortality rate.更多还原
