HVOF喷涂WC-10Co-4Cr涂层耐泥沙冲蚀研究
Study on Sandwear-withstand Test with HVOF Spraying WC-10Co-4Cr Coating
【摘要】 以两种不同的HVOF喷涂系统和三种商用粉末在0Cr13Ni5Mo基材上喷涂6种WC-10Co-4Cr涂层,用料浆罐冲蚀设备对涂层和基材的砂浆冲蚀行为进行了研究,分析了显微结构和显微硬度对涂层冲蚀性能的影响及涂层冲蚀后的表面形貌。结果表明,在本文实验范围内涂层和基材的冲蚀失重均随冲蚀时间线性增加。各攻角下,WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的耐冲蚀性远远优于0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢。除了分层和裂纹明显的涂层外,其余涂层的冲蚀失重均表现出对攻角不敏感的特征。低攻角下涂层出现较浅的表面脱落,冲蚀机制以粘结相的微切削为主,涂层硬度起到一定作用。高攻角下涂层的流失机制主要为片状剥落,尽管气孔率大的涂层出现较深的凿坑,然而分层结构和层间裂纹的存在对片状剥落程度的影响更大。
【Abstract】 Two different HVOF spray systems were used to spray six WC-10Co-4Cr coatings on 0Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel using three commercial powders,and the slurry erosion behavior of coatings and the substrate was investigated in self-manufactured slurry pot erosion equipment.The influence of microstructure and micro-hardness on the erosion performance of coatings and the surface morphology of coatings after erosion were also analyzed.The results indicate that the erosion mass loss of the coatings and the substrate in this work all were both increased linearly with the increasing of erosion time;the erosion resistance of WC-10Co-4Cr coatings was far more excellent than that of 0Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel regardless of different impact angles;the erosion mass loss of HVOF sprayed WC-10Co-4Cr coatings without obvious splat boundary and crack was insensitive to impact angle.Under low impact angle,craters on the coatings due to surface detachment were quite shallow,and the main erosion mechanism was micro-cutting of the binder,so the hardness of coatings played a positive role to the erosion resistance;under high impact angle,the main mechanism of coatings was detachment of splats, although the coatings with large porosity gave birth to deep craters,the existence of splat boundaries and cracks had a greater influence on the detachment of coating splats.
