【Abstract】 There has been said that "metaphysics is DAO and opposite to metaphysics is QI" in Chinese philosophy.And the experience of western corporate social responsibility theory has identified it.It was used as a tool to respect of pressure at beginning.And it processed to an available section of corporate mission during critics and development in decades of years.The trend is developing to combination of "QI" and "DAO".The process means a well developed of the theory and incarnated the philosophical realm from nature,utility,moral to world.更多还原
