CITT分析Li+在固态LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2中的扩散系数
Analyzing diffusion coefficient of Li+ in solid stateLiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 by CITT
【摘要】 用碳酸盐共沉淀法合成粉末正极材料LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2。组分分析、粉末XRD、SEM和恒流充放电等测试结果表明:产物为纯相层状单颗粒球形结构LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2;在室温下以0.1C(0.2 mA)的电流在2.5~4.5 V循环,首次和第25次循环的放电比容量分别为241.37 mAh/g和211.3 mAh/g。用容量间歇滴定技术(CITT)分析不同循环次数和电位下,Li+在固态LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2中的扩散系数(DLi),结果表明:DLi为10-11~10-13cm2/s;扩散性能随着循环次数的增加而增强;DLi在3.7 V左右出现最小值,在3.7~4.3 V趋于稳定。
【Abstract】 Powder LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode materials were synthesized via carbonate coprecipitation method.The results of component analysis,powder XRD,SEM and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests showed that the products was pure-crystal laminar single spherical structure LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2.When cycled in 2.5~4.5 V with the current of 0.1 C(0.2 mA) under room temperature,the specific discharge capacity of initial and the 25th cycle was 241.37 mAh/g and 211.3 mAh/g,respectively.The diffusion coefficient of Li+(DLi) in solid state LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 in different cycle number and potential was analyzed by capacity intermittent titration technique(CITT).The results showed that the DLi was 10-11~10-13 cm2/s,the diffusion performance enhanced with the increasing of cycle number,the DLi was minimum at about 3.7 V and remained stable in 3.7~4.3 V.
