【摘要】 目的探讨螺旋CT多平面三维重建在舟状骨骨折与脱位中的临床应用价值。方法对12例舟状骨骨折或/和脱位患者进行常规X线检查及螺旋CT扫描,并通过工作站行MPR、VR、SSD等三维重建进行综合分析。结果 12例中,9例为舟状骨骨折(其中3例为多发骨折,舟状骨骨折中3例合并脱位),3例为非舟状骨骨折但伴有舟状骨脱位(舟头骨间脱位),X光平片漏诊舟状骨微小骨折2例、脱位3例,VR、SSD漏诊舟状骨微小骨折2例、脱位2例,MPR能清晰显示12例舟状骨骨折或脱位征象。结论螺旋CT的MPR重建能清晰显示舟状骨骨折、脱位的情况,特别是微小骨折,为临床制订完善的治疗方案提供较全面、准确的影像学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical value of multiplanar reformation of spiral CT in scaphoid fractures and dislocation.Methods 12 patients of scaphoid fractures or/and dislocation were examined with conventional X-ray and Spiral CT,and comprehensive analysis after the 3D reconstruction (such as MPR,VR,SSD) through the workstation.Results In 12 patients,9 cases of scaphoid fractures (including 3 cases of multiple fracture,scaphoid fracture in 3 cases with dislocation),three cases of scaphoid dislocation but non-scaphoid fracture (the dislocation between scaphoid and capitatum),X-ray plain film missed small scaphoid fracture in 2 cases,dislocation in 3 cases,VR,SSD missed tiny scaphoid fracture in 2 cases,dislocation in 2 cases,MPR can show the 12 cases of scaphoid fracture or dislocation of the signs clearly.Conclusion Spiral CT,MPR,can clearly show the scaphoid fracture or dislocation,it provide a more comprehensive and accurate imaging basis for clinical to set up comprehensive treatment programs.更多还原
