【摘要】 目的探讨多排螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)在下腔静脉病变中的诊断价值。材料与方法回顾性分析142例下腔静脉病变的多层螺旋CT血管成像资料,重点分析下腔静脉显示是否达到诊断要求,病变部位、范围及性质。结果 142例图像均达到诊断要求,检出下腔静脉变异19例,血栓31例,癌栓40例,布加综合征29例,外压性狭窄6例,支架置入17例;142例中下腔静脉闭塞26例。结论 MSCTA能够快速而准确地进行下腔静脉的无创性成像,对下腔静脉疾病的诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of MSCT in the diagnosis of the inferior vena cava diseases. Materials and Methods MSCT imaging data of 142 patients with IVC diseases was analyzed retrospectively, which focused on the opacity of IVC can be reached requisition of diagnosis, position ,extent and nature of lesion. Results 142 patients images could meet totally requisition of diagnosis. Of 142 cases, 19 cases were IVC differentiation, 31 thrombosis, 40 cancer embolus, 29 bud-chiari syndrome, 6 compressed stenosis,17 stent.26 of 142 patients had full occlusion of IVC .Conclusion MSCT can be a quick, accurate and non-invasive imaging techniques in diagnosis of IVC diseases.更多还原
