高职表演艺术实用型人才培养模式的研究

【摘要】 结合当前社会经济发展给高职表演艺术教育带来的机遇和挑战,以高职表演艺术实用型人才培养模式为研究对象,从就业导向、专业建设、教育模式、实训基地建设、师资队伍建设五个方面进行研究。

【Abstract】 Faced with the opportunities and challenges by the rapid social economic development,higher vocational colleges are working hard to train their students to be art talents of practical type.This new training mode is oriented by employment,profession,education,practicing base and teacher team.
