【Abstract】 Combining with "3E"evaluation theory,this article constructs a performance evaluation system of government investing freeway projects.The performance evaluation system is proposed by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weights of the evaluating indicators and contains the total process of decision-making,design and construction freeway project.On this basis,we set up the model of government investing freeway projects.An example was provided to demonstrate the application process and to verify the effectiveness and reasonableness of this model.更多还原
