纳米近红外荧光技术在活体成像上的应用

【摘要】 活体荧光成像是用灵敏照相机来探测活的小动物整个身体中的荧光团的荧光发射。传统光学探测方法中由于光子在检测过程中的快速衰减,以及活体组织对可见光信号的强吸收,导致检测灵敏度极低,很难达到应用的要求。近几年来,纳米近红外光技术的出现提高了生物组织渗透深度,降低了自发荧光,从而使活体成像的灵敏度得到极大的提高。总结了一系列纳米近红外发光技术,并展望了其未来的发展。

【Abstract】 The vivo fluorescence imaging is using a sensitive camera to detect the emission of fluorescence groups which is in the whole body of small animals.For the method of tradition optical detection,it is difficult to qua-lify application requirements because photons were rapidly attenuated in detection process and visible light signal was strongly absorbed by the vivo tissue which caused low sensitivity.In recent years,appearance of nano near-infrared technology improved the tissue penetration depth and reduced auto-fluorescence,which made the sensitivity of vivo imaging greatly enhanced.A series of nano near-infrared illumination were summarized and its future development is prospected.
