【摘要】 工资决定或工资生成一直是经济学关注的热门话题。从历史演进过程看,先后出现了以配第和斯密等为代表的古典经济学的工资决定理论及流派众多的现代经济学的工资决定理论。本文概述了有代表性的古典经济学的工资决定理论及现代经济学的工资决定理论,简介了其产生背景和核心内容,并在此基础上从三个维度比较了两种工资理论的异同,提出了对探索和完善企业工资决定机制可资借鉴的几点启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The wage determination or wage formation has always been a popular research topic in economics.From the perspective of historical process,there has been the wage determinism of classical economics respected by the theory of William Petty,Adam Smith,etc.,and various genres on wage determinism of modern economics.This article outlines the representative wage determinism of classical and modern economics,and explains the background and the core content of each theory as well.On this basis,the similarities and differences between the two theories are compared from three dimensions,and finally certain precious enlightenment is put forward to explore and perfect the mechanism of wage determination.更多还原
