【Abstract】 In this paper a differential amplifier circuit is introducd,which is implemented by differential pair transistor for circuit experiment teaching.Compared with the common differential amplifier circuit in current teaching,it presents the detailed design process of implementation of the parameters of differential amplifier circuit based on differential pair transistor,it also presents the circuit installation and adjustment results.The results show that the circuit performance,especially the common-mode performance of the proposed circuit is improved.This improvement can enhance the experiment effect for teaching.更多还原
